i'm doing this the healthy way. working out and eating right so i can be the me i want to be. doing it by size not by weight. not pro ana/mia but i do understand because i've been there. talk to me whenever you want and i'll be supportive. i'm obsessed with perfection but i'll only do this the healthy way this time.
i just want to be perfect.
I’m thinking about starting Krav Maga.

Day 09: Did people ever make comments about your weight in a negative way?

I don’t think anyone actually ever have. My ballet teacher and my grandpa have made little comments but not like ‘you’re fat.’

hey guys!

i haven’t been on in a while but i just wanted to let you guys know that i’m still working on my weight loss. i do rumba 4 times a week and it’s really helped and it’s sooooo fun. seriously if you haven’t done it, do it. i’ve been eating healthier too. i’ll post pictures soon! i don’t have internet at my house so i haven’t been able to post. love you all!

Day 08: Your workout routine.

It changes so much but usually I stretch, run 2 miles, do some weights, then I do an ab workout, some push ups and some legs exercises. But I also dance, do Pilates and play a lot of sports for fun.

YES! Pilates is my favorite thing. 
Day 07: Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?

Ummm well my mom is a dancer/dance teacher so she understands like wanting to look good and be in shape because she usually does too. My dad doesn’t know I’m trying to lose weight but he knows I’m trying to get back in shape so same thing I guess? They’re always supportive of me no matter what.
